Sheila Sagert, MFA, CMT

I love sharing the wonder and grace of CranioSacral Therapy and Reiki with people. I have many years of experience offering CranioSacral Therapy and Reiki, working in highly regarded spas in Sonoma and Marin counties.

In my background as a designer, I was always interested in helping people find a sense of home and comfort in their environment. Now, I find joy and purpose in helping people feel at home in their body/mind/spirit. Additionally, I offer healing through process sessions of creative energy healing with art and textiles to bring a sense of sacred knowing to consciousness and the final piece.

I began practicing Reiki in NYC in 2002 as an introduction to my journey with the healing arts. I was introduced to CST in 2004 at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA. I was offered the unique opportunity to live and work at Esalen, where I was immersed in the study of alternative approaches to healing and wellbeing for 5 years.

I love living in the North Bay with my little dog, Rudy. I appreciate access to so many green spaces where I can connect with nature. You can often find us in Point Reyes breathing in the ocean air.
