Sheila Sagert, MFA, CMT

Sheila is a dedicated practitioner of CranioSacral Therapy and Reiki who brings a grounded, intuitive presence to every session. Since beginning a path in the healing arts in 2002, Sheila has cultivated a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence and capacity for renewal. Her introduction to CranioSacral Therapy at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur in 2004 marked a turning point, leading to 5 years of immersive study and practice living within a community devoted to holistic wellbeing. Sheila has been practicing in Marin County since 2010.

In her sessions, she offers gentle touch to release held tension, support the nervous system, relax, and return to balance. Known for creating a safe, nurturing, and attuned therapeutic space, she empowers clients to reconnect with their inner wisdom, feel more grounded, and move forward with greater clarity, ease, and vitality.
